​A powerhouse of productivity, Lee Ann runs multiple businesses and has never met a challenge she couldn’t crush. Need a wildly successful Facebook group built? She’s got you. Rolling backsplash? Consider it done. Wrapping a car? Already finished before you even asked. If multitasking were an Olympic sport, Lee would own the podium.
Jennifer, AKA JJ, is the Queen of Processes. She’s a wizard with an uncanny ability to streamline literally everything. From coaching agents to running her own business like a well-oiled machine, JJ can make the impossible seem like a to-do list item checked off by 10 a.m. Efficiency is her love language.
Kari brings the charisma and care. As the executive producer of a successful podcast, she knows how to make things happen. When she’s not mentoring young women or volunteering with her therapy dogs, Kari is spreading encouragement and good vibes like confetti. She’s got a knack for making people feel like they can conquer the world—and then showing them how.
Lauren traded jumping out of planes for jumping into insurance. She prefers to motivate and inspire in the background. Lauren might hate the spotlight, but her quiet determination and knack for lifting others up make her a force to be reckoned with.
Sarah is the heart of the group, radiating kindness and charm everywhere she goes. A successful agent and event-planning extraordinaire, Sarah is the friend you didn’t know you needed but can’t live without. Whether she’s coaching the swim team or organizing a community event, she makes everyone feel like they’ve known her forever. If Sarah’s not your best friend yet, it’s only because you haven’t met her.
What started as a casual study group to vent and have fun during the chaos of 2020 has transformed into a beautiful friendship and business partnership. After years of scheming, dreaming, and group chats with too many GIFs, these five incredible women decided it was time to join forces officially with RingLeaders.
